The benefits of online counseling are numerous. It helps minimize some barriers to obtain counseling, for some might be physical limitations, transportation problems, living in remote ares, or simply having a busy schedule. TELECOUNSELING & LIMITED OFFICE SESSIONS
I want to let you know about the measures I am taking to keep everyone safe for in-office sessions. I am disinfecting the counseling room prior to and post each session. Because of this sessions are scheduled 15min in between clients.
As a counselor, I am working remotely with clients who have any cold or flu-like symptoms. I participate in social distancing that will include no physical contact, such as handshaking, sitting 6’ apart, and frequently washing hands.
